MEGAN Fox's makeup artist has revealed how to get your eyebrows looking fierce - as well as outlining the beauty mistakes you should always avoid.
Tonya Crooks, the brains behind The BrowGal, believes that everyone can do their own brows at home by following this simple advice.
The makeup artist, who has celebrity clients including Fergie and Julia Roberts, told The Sun Online that the key to perfect eyebrows is getting to know your natural shape.
There are three different types - the arch, the arc and straight.
If your eyebrows have a steep incline, you're likely to be an arch.
Those with rounded hairs that resemble a rainbow are arched.
And anyone whose brows go across the forehead without much of a bend have the straight facial characteristic.
By deviating from your eyebrow type, you'll never get a natural look.
Tonya advises that it's important to identify which of these you are before drawing the hairs in with pencil.
To find out where you should begin filling in your eyebrows, look at where your nostrils begin on your face.
Trace a natural line upwards and apply your first strokes at this point on your head.
To establish where your eyebrows should end, trace a line from the outer corner of your eye upwards.
Doing this on both sides should give the perfect and most symmetrical effect.
While Tonya is trained in many different processes of hair removal, she tends to avoid threading when it comes to shaping the brows.
This method is the most likely to remove more eyebrow hairs than necessary.
Instead, the beauty professional recommends using hot wax before tweezing out any strays.
She also advises filling in any sparse areas with a pencil before setting them all in place with gel.
